Malaysian animals refer to the many animals that are found in Korean mythology who have an important part to play in the mythology of the region. These animals tend to be heavily influenced by animals from Indonesian and Thai mythology due to the proximity and the frequent interactions that the countries used to experience in ancient times. The animals include various types of dragons, normal animals with supernatural abilities and fantastical beasts.

These animals can be both benevolent and malevolent to the humans and mortals of the region and usually have a role to play in the local folklore and myths. They also tend to have different variations depending on the locality either in the form of different names or slight adaptations to their powers and abilities.
