Balkan Gods have been revered and worshipped in the Balkan region of Europe comprising of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia. These countries worshipped these gods before the advent of Christianity and later Communism.

Some of these gods have found their way into the sect of modern Christianity followed in these regions in the form of saints and patrons. These saints and patrons are only found in this region and are not considered to be part of the wider belief system.

These Balkan Gods also have different names from one region to another although we can identify them as a lot of their characteristics remain the same.
